EXPERIMENT 02 / NUMBERS

DIGITAL CHAIN PAD

Ready when you are.

Press “Start the round.” You will spell the number, count only its letters, and use that count as the next number.

Why does it stop? “Four” has four letters, so once the chain reaches 4, it repeats forever: four → 4 → four.

QUICK REFERENCE

Look up a chain.

Enter a whole number to see every spelling and letter count on its path to 4—no timer and no round required.
